What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Schedule
It’s easy to schedule online or by calling (678) 992-5235. Our office is conveniently open Monday - Friday. We recommend coming to visit us for routine checkups and cleanings twice a year.
Early Arrival
We ask that you plan to arrive around 10 minutes early. Don’t forget to bring your printed new dental patient forms along with photo identification, insurance cards, and a method of payment!
First Visit
A dental hygienist will take any necessary X-rays and perform your teeth cleaning. Then one of our dentists will conduct a comprehensive exam of your mouth, teeth and gums.
Follow-Up
At the end of the appointment, we’ll help schedule your next visit and answer any questions. This is also when you’ll pay any copays or out-of-pocket costs due at time of service.
Online Forms
Our online patient forms and policies are easy to download! We recommend reading them over prior to your first appointment. Printing and filling out both the new patient information and medical history forms beforehand can save you time at our office, so we can get you back to see Dr. Kim faster!
Financing and Insurance
Dentistry at Ivy Falls accepts most major insurances. We’ll work with you to maximize your benefits. If you have any questions about insurance coverage, our office can verify your eligibility or you can speak with your provider directly.
